Electronic Prescribing (eRx) - prescriptions are submitted electronically & directly to your pharmacy so you won't need to drop them off.
Appointment Reminders - our automated text & email alerts are sent 24hrs before your scheduled appointment to help you remember your visits.
Out-of-Network Services - we promptly provide an electronic copy of your Superbill, the itemized receipt required by health insurance for reimbursement.

Calendar Invitations - your appointments at EFC are created using HIPAA-compliant Google Calendar, allowing you to sync the event invitations with your personal calendar on your mobile device, to keep you proactively organized.
Secure Email & Data Encryption - communicate directly & securely with your provider, via HIPAA-compliant email (via G Suite). We use additional data encryption (via Virtru) when sharing files & documents containing Protected Health Information (PHI).
